Customer service was phenomenal from day one. I spoke with Michael the manager of the property and he goes over and beyond ... for his future residence, speaking from experience. I myself tend to go back-and-forth and I feel as though at times that might irritate people. When I tell you no matter how many times I call Michael was always there to answer if he did not know something he told me to hold on. He would do his research and answer the question with breeze! I told Michael what I wanted what I was looking for he made it so easy for me to call. The cloister is my new home. He even gave me other options which I really appreciate him for that. I am really enjoying my new place. The location to my work cannot be beat. I feel comfortable at home and was surprised how quiet it is. It doesn't feel like it’s in the city or right next to three large hospitals. I haven't fully moved in but so far I am very pleased.
